The 28-cluster Cambridge Village continues to be a centerpiece of Empire East’s large-scale, multi-tower approach to condominium development. To date, the project is 81 percent sold. Of 3,476 lofts and atrium- and flat-type units available for sale in its four phases, 2,808 have been taken up. Phase 1, in particular, is already home to 1,200 families.
Concreting works are complete for Cluster 20 and under way at the sixth level of Cluster 21 and at the ground levels of Clusters 22 and 23. The Completion rate for the entire project has reached 74 percent.
